All products are shipped VIA UPS ground service, unless otherwise specified.  Shipments within the USA arrive within 7 to 10 business days after ordered. ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY AND ARE NOT LEFT AT A DOORSTEP OR ALTERNATE ADDRESS. ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH UPS INSURANCE FOR THE TOTAL PURCHASE AMOUNT COVERING ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT TIME. All packages paid with a credit card must be shipped to the cardholder and to the cardholders billing address only, no exceptions.  All C.O.D. (collect on delivery) orders must be paid with a cashiers check or money order and proof of payment check must be faxed to 312-553-9522.  MiniMax Electronics does not accept personal or company checks for C.O.D. orders.  International orders are subject to your countries duties and taxes where available, and are not included at the time of purchase. We do not ship internationally, except to Canada.  FedEx is only used as an alternative to UPS, unless otherwise specified.  MiniMax Electronics, is not responsible for packages not being delivered on time after leaving the MiniMax Electronics warehouse.  MiniMax Electronics is responsible for shipping the packages on time, but does not assume responsibility of delivery. United Parcel Service is used as the delivery service; therefore they are the acting delivery party.
